Adoptiv is a Communications Platform as a Service — programmable telephony, CRM, and AI in one product. It's operated by Adoptiv Inc, a Delaware corporation, wholly-owned by Prishal Technolabs Private Limited — an India-based software and AI company with a decade of experience shipping enterprise-grade systems.

Prishal Technolabs has delivered innovative software and AI systems across technology, healthcare, and retail for years — Adoptiv is the CPaaS product of that experience, purpose-built for businesses that live on communications.

Our story

We kept watching customers glue together a dialer, a CRM, a mass-messaging tool, and half a dozen AI point-solutions — then spend weeks reconciling the data between them. So we built one platform with all of it, operated by a US entity for contracting and an Indian engineering organization for velocity. Two companies, one product, one bill.
